Do you take walk-ins at Orchard Street Tattoos?

Yes! We love walk-ins. If you’re feeling spontaneous, stop by our LES shop and we’ll do our best to get you tattooed the same day. For larger or more detailed pieces, we recommend booking ahead.

Can I book a custom tattoo design?

Absolutely. Our artists work one-on-one with clients to create custom designs, whether it’s a small fine line piece or a large back piece. Bring us your ideas and we’ll collaborate to make it unique.

What tattoo styles do you specialize in?

Our crew covers a wide range of styles:

Who are your tattoo artists?

Orchard Street Tattoos was founded by Craig and Jaz, mentor and apprentice turned business partners. Together with our crew of talented friends and artists, we bring decades of experience and a wide variety of styles to the LES.

What’s special about your shop?

We’re proud to be an Artist-owned, queer-friendly, safe space. Our boutique LES shop offers a relaxed, welcoming vibe: no intimidation, just great art and great community.

What tattoo styles do you specialize in?

Our crew covers a wide range of styles. Jaz is known for Black & Grey fine line and floral tattoos, while Craig focuses on Japanese-style tattoos. As a team, we also love traditional color work, bold designs, and everything in between.

Have you tattooed anyone well-known?

Yes! Jaz has tattooed Paris Jackson and Ilana Glazer, among others. But for us, every client, local or traveler, is part of the Orchard St. Tattoo family!

How should I care for my new tattoo?

We’ll give you detailed aftercare instructions before you leave the shop. In general: keep your tattoo clean, avoid soaking it, and moisturize regularly. Proper aftercare helps your tattoo heal beautifully.

We’re located at 148Orchard Street in the Lower East Side (LES), one of NYC’s most iconic neighborhoods, known for its art, music, and creative energy.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website or call the shop directly. For walk-ins, just stop by during business hours, we’ll be ready for you!

Booking & Refund Policy

Deposits & Cancellations

• Deposits are Non-Refundable: All deposits are required to secure your appointment time and cover the artist’s drawing and preparation time.

• Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new date.

• Late Arrivals/No-Shows: If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, or if you fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

Service Refunds

• Tattoo Services: Because tattoos are a permanent, custom service, we do not offer refunds once the procedure has begun or been completed.

• Client Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns about your tattoo once it has healed, we offer complimentary touch-ups within the first 6 months of your original appointment (excluding high-wear areas like fingers or neck, which may incur a fee).

Merchandise & Flash Prints (If applicable)

• Unused, non-custom merchandise or physical prints may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or shop credit, provided they are in original condition.
