We at Orchard St. Tattoos (“Orchard St.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) have created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”)  because we know that you care about how information you provide to us  is used and shared.  This Privacy Policy relates to our information  collection and use practices in connection with our website located at https:/www.OrchardStTattoos/ (the “Website”), and when you otherwise interact with us in any way.

1.    Contact Information 
When  you contact us via the Website, email or by mail, when you call us,  when you sign up to get notified about when new designs, collabs and  events drop, or when you sign up for our free tattoo raffle, you will be  asked to provide certain information, which may include, your name, and  e-mail address (collectively, “Contact Information”).  The Contact Information is used to provide the requested service or  information, including to administer the raffle and to contact you for  purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.  Participation in our free tattoo raffle may be subject to additional  terms and conditions.
2.    Referrals 
You  may choose to refer a friend to sign up for our free tattoo raffle on  our Website. If your friend signs up on our Website and provides your  name as the person who referred them, then you will get one (1)  additional raffle entry per friend referred together with any other  discounts and/or coupons we may offer. 
3.    Information Obtained Automatically From Your Online Activity

5.     Information Obtained From Other Sources
Social Media:   We maintain a presence on Twitter, Instagram, and other social media  and third-party sites, including our accounts, pages and related  activities. We may collect personal information when you visit or use  social media, including when you access our Website or Services from  social media.  We will do so in accordance with the terms of use and  privacy policies of those sites, apps and applicable law.  These sites  may provide aggregate information and analysis to us about visitors’ use  of our social media pages.  This allows us to better understand and  analyze our user growth, general demographic information about the users  of these pages, and interaction with the content that we post. Our  Website and servers are located in the United States. VII.        DO NOT TRACK 
As  discussed above, third parties such as advertising networks and  analytics providers may collect information about your online activities  over time and across different websites when you access or use the  Website. Currently, various browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option, but  there is no standard for commercial websites. At this time, we do not  monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms,  including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.

Pursuant  to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of  California have the right to obtain certain information about the types  of personal information that companies with whom they have an  established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt)  have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the  preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those  third parties, and examples of the types of services or products  marketed by those third parties. If  you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale  of certain personal information to third parties. You can exercise this  right by contacting us at OrchardStTattoos@Gmail.com  with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us  with your name and the email address associated with your account.  Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information as  sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603 A.
X.        About Children 
We  do not knowingly collect or receive personal information from children  under the age of 18 through the Website.  If you are under the age of  18, please do not provide any personal information through the Website.  We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s  Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing  their children to never provide any personal information on the Website,  or any other web site without their permission.  If you have reason to  believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal  information to us through the Website, please contact us at orchardsttattoos@gmail.com, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
