• Deposit: Every appointment books with a non-refundable deposit. The amount depends on the appointment type and shows at checkout before you pay. It comes off the final price of your tattoo, so it's not an extra charge. Walking in? No deposit needed.

• Rescheduling: Give us at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit moves to your new date. You get one free reschedule per deposit. After that, rebooking takes a new deposit.

• Late Arrivals & No-Shows: More than 20 minutes late without a heads-up, or a no-show, and the deposit is forfeited. Running behind? Text us at (212) 597-2675.

• Flash Only Here: These appointments are for designs from the Orchard St. Tattoos flash library. Pick your design ahead of time and bring it with you.

• Custom Work: Got your own idea? DM the artist whose style fits on Instagram, or E-mail us for a digital consultation. Not sure who's right for it? Check out Meet the Artists.

• Design & Placement: Your design and placement should be locked in before we start. Big changes mid-appointment may not fit in your time slot.

• Placement Fee: Hands, fingers, feet, neck, behind the ear, ankle, toe and lip tattoos carry an extra $50. Touch-ups on fingers, feet and lips aren't included.

• Age & ID: 18+ with a valid government-issued photo ID, checked at every appointment. No exceptions, even with a parent.

• Health & Safety: Please arrive sober and well-rested. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn't meet health, safety, or professionalism standards.
