APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

• Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

• No Custom Designs: Appointments are for designs selected from the Orchard St. Tattoos design library only.

• Custom Work: For custom tattoos, please contact the individual artist directly via their social media or email.

• Placement & Design Approval: All designs and placement must be finalized before your appointment begins. Changes during the appointment may not be accommodated.

• Finger & Neck Tattoos: Finger and neck tattoos require an additional $50 fee. Please review our FAQ for important placement-specific details.

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older with valid ID. No exceptions.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or forfeiture of your deposit.

• Health & Safety: Please arrive sober and well-rested. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet health, safety, or professionalism standards.
